01

Custom homes

A ground-up home shaped around your property and priorities. Bring your architect and plans, or talk with us about the team and next steps your project needs. Our focus is building the home with care, from the structure to the everyday details.

02

Full-home remodels

Keep the location you love and rethink how the home lives. A substantial remodel can reconnect rooms, update the systems behind the walls and give existing spaces a new purpose. Early conversations about existing conditions help define the work ahead.

03

Home additions

Make room for a changing household, a place to work or space for guests. Consider the new and existing spaces together so circulation, materials and proportions feel connected. Tell us what you need the extra room to do.

From first conversation to home

01

Confirm the fit

Share your property, priorities, plans and timing. We begin with a high-level investment discussion to understand whether the project and expectations align.

02

Agree on preconstruction

Once the fit is confirmed, we outline the preconstruction scope in a separate agreement. That agreement is signed before detailed estimating and budget development begin.

03

Develop the detailed budget

Within the agreed preconstruction scope, we review the project and available plans, coordinate trade input and develop the budget in depth. This dedicated planning time helps make the next decisions informed ones.

04

Confirm the build

Review the construction scope and agreement before moving into construction. Resolve the decisions needed to carry the planned work into the field.

05

Build and make it home

Coordinate the project team and skilled trades through construction, then work through finishing details and the transition into your home.

A clear starting point for detailed planning.

Once we’ve confirmed the project is a good fit, we outline the scope of preconstruction in a separate agreement. Detailed estimating and budget development begin after that agreement is signed.

In-depth budgeting takes time for scope review, estimating and input from the people who will help build the home. Defining that work first gives the planning the attention it deserves.

Before we begin

A few good questions.

Do I need finished plans before we talk?

No. Share what you have and where you are in the process. If you already have an architect or designer, tell us who is involved so we can discuss the construction work and coordination your project needs.

What kinds of projects should I get in touch about?

Custom homes, full-home remodels and property additions are the core of Gather's construction work. Describe your scope and location so we can have a useful conversation about fit.

What should I share about budget and timing?

An approximate construction investment range and your preferred timing are helpful, even if they are still taking shape. Project cost and schedule depend on the site, scope, plans, selections and required approvals. We do not use a one-size-fits-all estimate.

When does detailed estimating begin?

Once we’ve confirmed the project is a good fit, we outline the scope of preconstruction in a separate agreement. Detailed estimating and budget development begin after that agreement is signed.

The first conversation focuses on fit, your goals and a high-level investment range. Detailed scope review, trade input and budgeting follow the agreed preconstruction scope.

How are design and construction coordinated?

Each project needs clear roles. Gather Projects leads the construction work and collaborates with architects and designers. Our portfolio credits the design and photography partners on each home.

Where do you build?

Our work is based in greater Phoenix, Arizona. Include your city or neighborhood with your inquiry so we can discuss your property and project.
